What is the deadline for an exchange or a return?

How can I exchange or return an item?
In store, in our shop Solinen, 19, rue Carnot, 13210 Saint-Remy de Provence. You can also contact us by simple e-mail at the following address: email@example.com. Product returns are to be made in their original condition, complete (packaging, accessories, instructions ...), and not worn. They must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice. You can download it in Mon compte > Commandes, on the details of your order.

Can I keep the original article after requesting an online exchange on solinen-provence.com?
No. If we do not receive the original items within 14 days of the exchange request, the amount will not be refunded. Note that product returns are to be made in their original condition, complete (packaging, accessories, instructions ...) and not worn. They must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice. & nbsp;
When will I receive my refund?
The amount will be credited to the means of payment used for the purchase within approximately 10 to 14 days after receipt of the item.
